2. Our Client Services (When We Work Together)
This section applies when you hire Essential Image for any of our services (Website Design, Brand Identity, SEO, Content Creation).
2.1 Scope of Work (SOW)
Before we start, we will provide you with a detailed Statement of Work (SOW). This SOW is the only official document defining exactly what we will do, what you will pay, and the timeline. If it’s not in the SOW, it’s not included in the project. (This prevents misunderstandings, so we can all focus on the creative flaws and IT service.)
2.2 Project Investment & Payment
Our flexible project investment pricing structure is determined by the specific scope of your SOW.
- All payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the SOW.
- We reserve the right to pause work if payments are late. We’re human, but bills have due dates too.
2.3 Client Responsibilities
We can’t build your vision alone. You agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and content (like photos or previous branding). Delays from your side will affect the project timeline.
- Appoint a single point of contact for clear communication.
- Ensure that any content or assets you provide us do not violate any copyright laws.
2.4 Project Completion & Handover
Once the project is complete and final payment is made, we hand over the rights to your new website or brand identity. It’s yours. We retain the right to showcase your project in our Portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).
3. Disclaimers and Limitations (The Reality Check)
3.1 Service Disclaimer
We are very good at what we do (top-notch creative flaws and IT service, remember?), but we are not magicians. We provide our services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- SEO & Lead Generation: While our goal is always to generate leads and be the best online presence, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or a specific volume of sales. Search engines (Google) and customer behavior are outside of our control. Our work is a methodology, not a magic guarantee.
- Partnerships: When we work with partners like Supreme Ideas Agency for a surohisticated project, Essential Image remains your primary contact and is responsible for managing the project’s overall outcome.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
In plain talk: If something goes wrong—like a server crashes or a competitor steals your data (unrelated to our services)—Essential Image is only liable up to the total amount you paid us for the service in question. We can’t be sued for billions because your business didn’t launch the way you hoped.
4. Governing Law
